What a hidden gem! The perfect country retreat with stunning gardens and plenty of animals for the kids to play with. The breakfast was divine, with freshly baked pastries and homemade jams. The rooms were comfortable and beautifully decorated with attention to detail. What I loved the most was how easy it was to get to the nearby castles and chateaux, making it a convenient location to explore the area.
My only minor issue was that the dinner options were not made clear upon arrival, and we missed out on trying the fantastic food. Just make sure to ask about the dinner options ahead of time.

I recently stayed at the beautiful Manoir de Maucartier in the lovely Loire valley. The charming owner Pascal warmly welcomed us, even though we arrived late. The specially prepared late-night dinner was absolutely outstanding, and our spacious suite was impeccably designed. The attention to detail and cleanliness was impressive. The tranquil gardens and adorable animals added to the perfect ambiance. Breakfast was a delightful experience as well. We felt truly at home and already can't wait to return.
I do recommend this hotel.

We had the most peaceful and relaxing stay at a charming countryside retreat. The location was remote yet convenient, with serene surroundings. Pascal, our host and chef, went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The tastefully decorated room had modern amenities and free WiFi. The well-maintained gardens and the menagerie of animals added to the ambiance. The included breakfast was delicious and there were options for additional dishes. We can't wait to return!

I had such a great time at this hotel! the attention to detail in the decor was amazing. The dining room had a beautiful nod to the hall of mirrors at Versailles, making every meal feel special. The staff were also incredibly attentive and provided excellent service throughout my stay. Secondly, the location was perfect. The hotel had rooms with direct access to the garden, which was ideal for my dog. We could easily take walks and enjoy the lovely surroundings. Lastly, I have to mention the breakfast. It was simply delicious! Freshly baked croissants, homemade yogurt, and Pascal's own jams made it a real treat every morning.
All was absolutely fine during my stay.
